Adoptable Pet from BARC

We are a no-kill adoption agency (rather than a shelter). DOGS are boarded at various locations throughout Baldwin County -- either at fosters, vet clinics or kennels -- so an appointment is necessary and is arranged by our dog adoption coordinator. Our CATS can be seen year-round at these retail locations: Old Tyme Feed in Fairhope, PetSmart Eastern Shore Center and the BARC! Office. We also have three by-appointment-only adoption centers in Foley, Spanish Fort and Fairhope. If you have a particiular cat you're interested in, please call our office to find out he is being boarded right now. Our staff and volunteers bring as many animals as possible to adoption events. We are on-site at PetSmart Eastern Shore Center the first Saturday of each month. Our homepage will always give the date of our next scheduled pet adoption.

ADOPTED! This gorgeous girl is Mojo; aren't her markings fantastic? She has the classic bullseye pattern. Her brothers Curly and Larry have the same type coloration and pattern which is typically found on the American short-hair cat breed. Believe it or not, all three sweeties were being confined in a dog carrier inside a broken down van. Luckily, they were found by one of our volunteers before they died from the heat.
spayed/neutered, uptodate with shots, housetrained

We do not ship pets. Potential adopters must be at least 19 years of age, complete an adoption application interview, pay an adoption fee and sign a legally binding adoption contract.
